I’m not exaggerating when I say that these meatballs are in the top 5 dishes that I’ve made since starting the blog. Not only are the meatballs themselves packed with rich spices but the addition of the cooling lemon garlic hummus, spicy pickled radishes, and some fresh lettuce made the culminating pita a mouthwatering treat. I used this recipe as a guide and plan to make them again with her delicious avocado sauce!
Many of the dishes that I made here on the blog are things that I can whip together at night after work. These, on the other hand, are more of an afternoon affair due to the various components.
This weekend marks the full transition back to school and back to routines. I cannot wait for fall weather and fall cooking – it can’t come soon enough! What are your favorite fall dishes to make?
I’m bringing this recipe over to Fiesta Friday which is hosted this week by Antonia @ Zoale.com and Lathi @ From Lathi’s Kitchen!

Your lamb meatballs look incredible! Love the addition of the lemon zest to contrast the gamey taste of the meat.
